Qualifications: - Minimum of 2 to 5 years’ experience - California Professional Land Surveyor registration or about ready to take the LS exam required - Minimum of 2 to 5 year's experience in mapping and or construction staking - Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D - Experience with Autodesk survey databases - Knowledge of field staking procedures and interpreting design plans - Experience with Trimble Business Center for surveying support & GPS adjustments a plus - Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook a plus - Knowledge and experience in the principals and practice of land surveying in California - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Good interpersonal skills for supervising field crews, and working collaboratively with teams of engineers, architects and sub-contractors - Knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D required, knowledge of Micro-Station and Trimble Business Center a plus. The expected salary range for this position is displayed in accordance with the California Equal Pay for Equal Work Act. The final agreed upon compensation is based on the success candidate's individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location.
