    Huitt-Zollars' Rio Rancho, NM office has a full-time Construction Observer opportunity. This role will serve as the project manager’s representative during construction and observe construction daily to ensure construction is performed according to contract specifications.

    • Serve as contruction resident project respresentative and liaison between the contractor and engineer
    • Observe daily construction to ensure work performed meets contract specifications
    • Photograph construction and prepare daily reports


    • Minimum 10 years’ experience inspecting construction sites
    • High School Diploma
    • Proficient in Primavera P6
    • Construction Management certification from a recognized organization (CMCI, DBIA, etc.) is a plus
