Overview

Huitt-Zollars’ Oklahoma City, OK office has an immediate full-time career opportunity for a Survey Instrument Operator to assist with all phases of land surveying including construction, boundary and topographic surveying.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Takes direction from manager in all aspects of survey assignments
  • Work outdoors operating survey instruments and data collectors as necessary
  • Maintain safety procedures for all survey personnel
  • Track and ensure all survey instruments receive maintenance and are in good working condition

 

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Minimum 1 year of construction surveying experience
  • Experience in topographic, planimetric, boundary and construction surveying
  • Knowledge of RTK and Static surveying procedures
  • Familiar with robotic total stations, leveling procedures, and coordinate geometry
  • Knowledge of Trimble Hardware and Access software
  • Punctuality and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work outside in all climates
  • Valid Oklahoma Driver License with clean driving record
