Huitt-Zollars' Austin office has an immediate career opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to provide leadership, guide business development and project management on regional projects that have a diverse client base.  The candidate must be a licensed professional engineer in the state of Texas with 10 years of engineering design experience in infrastructure and land development projects.



  • Meeting and maintaining relationships with cities, counties, TxDOT, MPO's, local agencies and private development clients
  • Leading and managing selected projects
  • Preparing statement of qualifications and letters of interest
  • Preparing proposals and negotiating contracts


  • BSCE Degree (Advanced Degree Preferred)
  • Must be licensed and Registered Professional Engineer in Texas
  • Minimum 10 years of engineering design experience in infrastructure and land development
  • Seven years of staff supervisory and project management experience
  • Proven ability to market clients and secure contracts is a must
  • Proven ability to manage people
  • Track record of superior client service to the local market

The Sr. Civil Engineer will be responsible for the adherence to corporate quality assurance and quality control standards on all projects.
